My UCi Worlds - by Manuel DeVecchiBy Manuel De Vecchi#28 on August 03, 2010I've just arrived back home from So Africa. It was a good race for me, but unfortunately I did a wrong semi and I couldn't make the main. On the bright side, I earned very good points for the Olympic qualification and I'm happy about that.
I'm a bit disappointed about cruiser because I went there to win the last title of the Worlds history. UCi has decided not to hold Elite Cruiser any more at the World Champs. This would be my last shot. But I crashed badly during quarters. I still had qualified anyway for the semi, but I couldn't race it because I was on my way to the hospital. Fortunately everything is fine. Nothing broken =) ...only a big crash. Thank you very much to Redline and I will see you soon in Chula Vista! =)
