Comment:
I raced the boys and the Chikkie Challenge this race. It was very interesting racing both the girls and the boys in the same event.
There were about 16 riders in the 11 boys class and about 13 girls in the Chikkie Challenge.
The track was perfect for my size and my level I jumped a few jumps on my racing.
On Saturday Chikkie Challenge had two motos and 11 Boys had four motos.
On Sunday Chikkie Challenge had one moto and a final. 11 boys had two motos and a final.

Day 1:
Chikkie Challenge first moto: I had a good start and came out in front I squeezed to the inside. I went over the first two jumps good and went high on the first corner to jump the step up on the second straight. On the rhythm section I jumped my way through to get away from the other riders. I sprinted to the finish line. I came first.

11Boys first moto: I had lane four. The gate snaps down, Justin got in front and I am in fourth around the first corner. Thought about overtaking the rider in third on the third straight. I got some speed out of the corner and got past him. I got third.

11 Boys second moto: I was first out of the gate and I was second. Then Kyle pushed me up on the first corner. Koyu went on the inside of me. I was planning to get past Koyu and Kyle on the third straight. I got past them but Kyle came up the inside on the last berm I couldn’t get past him so I settled for third.

Chikkie Challenge second moto: I was in lane one. I had a great start and I got in front. I meant to jump the step up on the second straight but I didn’t get speed so I had to pump it. As I came around the second corner I got some speed to jump the third straight. I got further away from the second girl. I manualed one of the doubles good and got first.

11 Boys third moto: I had a great start but Harrison came in front of me. He pushed me up on the first corner. Oh no… I was coming third. Manualing and pumping whatever I can do to catch up but they were too far ahead. I came third.

11Boys fourth moto: I had lane two I came in front but Harrison blocked me. I was more close to him than the last race. I stayed close to him but I couldn’t over take him. I got second.
Chikkie Challenge third moto: I had a bad start because my front wheel slipped into a wrong spot on the gate. But I still got in front. I was meant to jump the step up but I slipped around the first corner. On the third straight I did my jumps so good. I came first.

Day 2
11Boys fifth moto: I had a good start and came out in second. I had Lachlan in front of me. I caught up with him but I lost it on the third straight. So close! I thought. I came second.
11 Boys sixth moto: I had the best start out of class and came out in front. I went through the second straight good. I am still coming first. I tried to not let anyone get in front of me. I
pedalled it to the line and I got first.

Chikkie Challenge FINAL: First, first and first. I got first pick. I chose lane one. I had the best start and got in front. I squeezed into the middle. Kellie was right behind me. It was muddy that race so I couldn’t jump the step up. Coming around the second corner Kellie is still behind me and so were the other girls. Around the last corner, I pumped my way through……I got FIRST!

11Boys FINAL: This was the nerves one. I had fourth pick but I chose lane one. BANG! The gate is down we all go down that start hill trying to win. Lachlan got in front. Justin crashed behind me so did Harrison. Coming around the first corner I am still in second. I want to win! Through the third straight I just pump them all to catch up. I tried a sweep move but it didn’t work. I settled for second.
