Comments: My elbow was hurting quite a bit in the morning but I had a go at warm up. It still hurt a bit so I was thinking about not racing, in the end I decided to have a go at racing anyway. It was a rainy day but the track held up very well.
In my first moto, I reacted a bit late on the gate and slipped as well, so it was a terrible start. I still got the first straight OK and continued it down the second straight. I got a good drive around the second corner and caught up to Calob Green who was in 1st. I couldn’t get him and finished 2nd.

In my second moto, everything was a lot better. I got a good start and led into the first corner. My second straight was good and I led through the third straight too. I kept it going and finished 1st.

I came out of the inside in my third moto. I got a good start and got the first straight good and was in 2nd behind Jordan Lecher into the first corner. I got a good pull on the first corner and second straight and stayed smooth in 2nd all the way.
We had quarters. I was out of lane 1 and got a great start. I led around the first corner. I got good speed through the second and third straight, but stuffed it up through the rollers on the last straight. I still finished 1st.

In my semi, I had lane 1 again. I came out of the gate good, but lost it through the first straight a bit. I came out of the first corner 3rd. I was riding smoothly, but left the inside open for Max Cairns to come in. We were shoulder to shoulder on the second corner, when Zac Wilson came for a high-low on both of us. I was pushed back to 5th but I had to get 4th to make the final. I but caught them back up on the third straight and managed to pass Max on the last corner. I kept my position down the last straight and finished 4th made the final.

I wheelied out of the gate in my final, but still came out pretty good. I was on the outside so I had to slowly move myself in. I was in 3rd, but Jordan came up the inside on the triple into the first corner, so I went on the inside of him. I was fighting it out with Jordan, when James Honey came shooting up the inside. I was squashed between Jordan and James and ended up crashing. I ended up finishing 8th.

I had mud all over my clothes and it was another fun race.
I was happy with my result and enjoyed my time there.
