Last Thursday the 17e of may the second race of the AK championships was
held at the track of Oss, only 5 riders of the Dutch Redline BMX Dreamteam
were present.
The Younger riders “ 12 – “ who are training on clickpedals now for 1 ½ week
did not race because they did not want to switch back again to flatpedals, just before the
worlds and the “older riders” took some day of rest before the worlds.
Rick Timmermans (boys 11 ) was 6e in the main final, Ronan Lemmens (boys 12)
was 2e in the main final. Nick Scheepers (boys 14) was 2e in the Open Classe and
2e in his own age class main final.
Jeffrey vd Biezen (boys 17+) and Joey Ijkelen (boys 13) are not going to the
Worlds, Jeffrey was 3e in both (open classe and own age classe), Joey Ijkelen
was 3e in the Open Classe and 7e in the own age classe .
