This video just explains a little bit about the new Don Joy knee brace I have to wear doing any training or riding. I wore this bionic leg under my gear in Florida with a special knee pad built on, and it didn't seem to give me any issues....besides being a little stiff when it was FREEZING out Sunday morning! (or maybe that was just my legs...ha!) But anyways, the brace is awesome, of course I wish I didn't need it, but for the situation at hand they've provided me the best in the industry. I highly recommend this to anyone with a knee injury! ...but, let's just hope no one gets any injuries!
