Small, lightweight and threaded. For years, only seen in Mini and Junior race bikes. Now used on most high-end race models. Available in 19mm or 22mm.

Take the bearings of an American BB without the cups. The cups are now your "mid" sized BB Shell. Seems to be the direction that most are leaning toward at this time. Is becoming the new “industry standard.” Available 19mm or 22mm.

Much like the Mid, but with a smaller bearing. 19mm or 22mm.
